From Start....

The International School of Monterey has begun a new MYP Community Project. The Community Project focuses on community and service. We are given the opportunity to develop awareness in various communities and address those needs through service learning and service as action. I will be using this blog as my process journal. The organization that interested me the most was the Teddy Bears With Heart. I contacted the Vice President, Ms. Karen, and she told me that I could volunteer. I was so excited. I can't wait to start! My goal is to collect at least 20 bears.... We'll see!
